This privacy policy applies to the mobile application My Lendings, which is available on the Google Play Store. The Application enables the acknowledgment of keys stored in a database managed by the customer. The Application does not store user data in external services, nor does it have access to any data other than what is described in this annex.
1. User Data Processing in the Application
The Application operates through the customer organization’s database interface. Any data processed via the Application, such as key acknowledgment records, is stored exclusively in the customer-managed database. The application retains only the user's email address, API key, and server information, and does not transfer data to other systems or third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Data to be stored: The application only uses data related to key management and acknowledgment. For example:
- Acknowledgments performed by the user.
- Timestamps and activity logs.
- User's email address, API key, server address
- Data Location: All data is stored and processed in the customer-managed database.
- Data Use: The Application solely functions as an interface for accessing the database.
3. User Privacy and Data Protection
- Data retention: Since the application does not store data, data management, retention, and deletion are the responsibility of the customer.
- Personel data: The Application does not collect personal data for external use and does not have access to additional user information.
4. Security Measures
The application is designed to handle user-provided data securely:
- Data is stored locally and is inaccessible to other applications or external parties.
5. Required Permissions
The Application does not require access to the following data or device functions without the user's consent:
- Location data.
- Yhteystiedot.
- Camera, microphone, or other hardware functionalities.
The application requires the following to function:
- An active internet connection.
- NFC read permissions on the device.
6. User Responsibilities and Rights
- Data Management: Since data is stored in the customer-managed database, the customer is responsible for proper data management and protection.
- Data Review and Correction: Users can contact the customer organization’s administrator to review or update their data.
7. Terms of Use and Privacy
Using the Application requires the user to accept the limitations of data processing and understand that the Application does not store or share data with external parties.

The application does not include third-party services or interfaces.
8. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the application's functionality or legal requirements. All updates will be published within the application or on the Google Play Store app page.
