Does your organization need to label keys or devices?

If the keys are lent a lot and are in the possession of several different people, it is recommended to label them. Also when there is a need in the organization to monitor the use of keys more closely and you want to identify individual keys more reliably and easily, marking the keys is necessary.

With the Servus key management software, you can use different identifiers for quick identification of people, keys and other loanable material.

RFID/NFC tags

  • Identify the lenders of the material from the ID card/driver's license barcode or mark the borrowed material with a barcode.
  • Available readers: barcode, QR code or combinations of these
