With Servus forms, you create versatile electronic forms for your company, such as event notifications and follow-up forms. With the help of the forms, events, situations and important findings can be easily recorded in electronic form and statistics can be recorded throughout the organization.

Forms can be configured to be used by everyone, or only those authorized to use them. Notifications are sent by e-mail to selected persons.

The statistics provide a comprehensive overview for example of; types of notifications, number of transactions and follow-up. The information generated from the form processing can be utilized e.g. business, risk management and process planning as well as customer service reports.

The follow-up report for for example handling of the case, analysis of the situation and agreed measures.
